Called a “hardcore comedy critics’ favorite” at the Idaho Laugh Fest by the festival’s director, who “never had that kind of feedback before from so many people about the same comic,” Becky Braunstein is a rising standout performer with fresh energy and wide-eyed enthusiasm that is impossible to ignore. She grew up on a mountain in Alaska where she had no one to talk to, moved to Portland after being diagnosed with metastatic thyroid cancer and coming close to losing her voice forever - but she didn’t lose it, and now she won’t shut up.

Becky was an audience favorite at the 2016 Big Sky Comedy Festival, was selected for 'Best of the Fest' at the 2017 Golden Spike Comedy Festival, and has also performed at the Bridgetown Comedy Festival, the All Jane Comedy Festival, the Idaho Laugh Fest, Pickathon, the Siren Nation Festival, NW Women’s Comedy Festival, and the Hudson Valley Comedy Festival. His career in comedy began when he started yelling premises to nobody in a former bands practice space. Since then he has been lucky enough to replace that practice space with actual people. Danny’s comedy/wit is hella acerbic, and he was once described as a whimsical cynic.

Felts has been fortunate enough to do some cool stuff too. He’s performed multiple times in the Bridgetown Comedy Festival, the Bumbershoot Music and Arts Festival, and the Limestone Comedy Festival. He’s also been on the CROM Comedy Festival, SF Sketchfest, Hell Yes Fest, Accidental Comedy Festival, The Cape Fear Comedy Fest, and the Orlando Indie Comedy Fest. As a performer he has appeared at The Bridgetown Comedy Festival, SF Indie Fest, and Denver’s Too Much Funstival, as well as the SF Punchline, The Denver Comedy Works, and other impressive venues. He lives in San Francisco and despises the word “swag”.

Emily Galati is whip-smart and not afraid to prove it. When not touring, Emma lives with her six children in Idaho, where she keeps kids and bees with varying degrees of success.

After graduating from Boise High School a year early with honors, Eric Lyons left for college with a head full of dreams and aspirations. Fortunately he was able to parlay all of this disappointment to a new career in stand up comedy, for which his parents are extremely proud (he thinks).

Gabe Bravo

Gabe Bravo is a quick witted, Peruvian American comedian who contrasts short, potent jokes with a slow, apathetic style. Gabe has been called “Houston’s funniest comedian” by PaperCity Magazine, and his act was called “one of the best things I saw at Fun Fun Fun Fest in 2014” by the Houston Press. He's done numerous festivals, toured as direct support for Todd Barry, Joe DeRosa, and Billy Wayne Davis, and formerly hosted a radio show called The Secret Hour on KPFT Houston.

Geoff Tate is most likely watching "Cheers" right now. A Cincinnati-based comedian, he has appeared on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, and regularly tours with Doug Benson and Doug Stanhope. Part social commentary, part storytelling, Jen has spent the last 2 decades in comedy balancing an urban upbringing with a newly found rural perspective. Her wit, timing and brutally honest charm make her a must see at this year's festival.

Joe Carl Abousakher has been performing stand up comedy since 2010 and he really hates writing these blurbs about himself. Some would say he’s too dashing to be a comic, but his obese childhood would say otherwise.

He grew up in a multi-cultural household (half Palestinian-Arab, half Country Bumpkin-White) in the middle of nowhere (McEwen), Tennessee. He raised sheep and chickens there. He killed a lot of those sheep (for food, not fun), and ate all the unborn babies of those chickens (eggs). Does that sound weird? Screw you, dude. You're weird.

He was a semifinalist on NBC's Stand Up Diversity Showcase in 2016, and a finalist in the 2017 Funniest Comic in LA Contest. He loves performing all around Southern California, but he'd love to travel the country to perform for YOU! (That "YOU" was too much, right?)

He’s married, he has a step-daughter, and he’s only 29 years old (as of Jan, 2017). Also, he's a big Tennessee Titans fan. So - YEAH - he can be on edge sometimes, but he still loves you. (There were way too many parenthesis in this bio.) (Wait, you're supposed to put the punctuation on the outside of the parenthesis, aren't you)?

(Well that doesn't look right at all!)!
